Booking Deposit and Payment Terms
When you book, a 50% deposit is due to confirm and lock in your dates. That is 50% of the actual rate of the house plus tax and exit cleaning fee. This does not include security deposit which can be paid with the last payment. The last payment is due 60 days prior to your stay. Remember that if you are booking last minute, then the payment is due in full.

Please note that deposits are the means by which dates (that otherwise might be utilized by other patrons) are reserved and therefore are non-refundable.

Damage/Missing Items
You must leave the house in the same condition that you found it. If something is damaged or missing after your stay, you are responsible and the Estate reserves the right to charge it to your credit card or deduct if from your security deposit. Security deposits are normally returned within 15-30 business days of departure to allow for the Estate property to be inspected for damage and for charges such as DirecTV movie rental to clear.
