Six Beautiful Bedrooms

The Villa has six bedrooms. Three are located on the ground floor, two on the second and the massive master bedroom is situated on the third floor. Four have King Size beds and two are furnished with twin beds which allows for comfortably sleeping 12 people. There are three full bathrooms in the Villa.

Two Gorgeous Living Rooms

The Caribbean Room is located on the ground floor. It is furnished with couches and chairs, breakfast style glass table and chairs. Multiple sliding glass doors offering 180 degree views and patio access to the deepwater canal, dock, and private swimming pool.

Located on the second floor is the large great room that comes complete with high ceilings, veranda access and canal overlook. This room boasts a stunning tropical art collection, ceiling fans, fireplace, large screen color TV, two couches and dining table.

The third level sitting area is adjacent to the master suite and overlooks the great room and offers more secluded lounging opportunities with its own sitting area and color television.

Stainless Steel Gourmet Kitchen

One of the highlights of The Villa is its huge contemporary stainless steel kitchen. It is truly a chef’s delight and is equipped with modern appliances, generous pantry, storage, and slide out drawers. It houses a breakfast bar and breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining table located in the neighboring great room. If you prefer to grill out, a gas grill is located outside in the pool area.

Need More Room?

Additional accommodations to sleep 10 are available via the regal Williamson Oceanfront Estate which is conveniently located just down the street. If desired, The Villa can be rented in combination with the Oceanfront Mansion or as a separate rental.
